To use, wash and dry the application area (avoiding lotions or oils), peel off the protective film, apply the patch to a flat, hair-free area like the inner wrist or back of the shoulder, wear it for up to 8 hours during activities or sleep, and then remove and dispose of it responsibly, as it is single-use only.
