Refund Policy
1. Returns
1.1. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
1.3. We do not accept returns on certain items, including: - Opened or used period, sleep, or recovery patches - Products that are damaged due to improper handling not related to our error
1.4. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Please do not return purchases directly to the manufacturer.
2. Partial Refunds
2.1. In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Refund Process
3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
4.1. If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
4.2. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pleromapatch.co.za.
5. Sale Items
5.1. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
6. Exchanges
6.1. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a period, sleep, or recovery patch, contact us at hello@pleromapatch.co.za for further instructions.
7. No Change of Mind Returns
7.1. We do not offer returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully to ensure the product is right for you.
7.2. Per our Terms and Conditions, we will provide a full refund if:
- The product was not received due to our error
- The product received differs substantially from the item ordered (subject to reasonable variations due to screen display, color, and brightness)
- The product is faulty, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
